Doorway Stretch

1. Stand in a doorway (ideally with molding).

2. Lift your left arm, and grab hold of the frame overhead and slightly to the right.

3. Bring your right arm across your body, and grab the frame to the left of your left hip.

4. Push up with your left hand and pull in with your right hand strongly, as you deepen your side bend.

5. Push down with your left foot, lengthening your entire left side.

6. Hold for 30 - 45 seconds & repeat on the right.
